A visit, in eight steps.

Everyone in your party gets a pod, and every pod gets its own bowl. Order your way, seat yourself, and our team is always close by. Here is the whole visit, in order.

    Step 1 of 8: Arrive

    Walk in and make yourself at home.

    The room is quiet, the light is low, and our lobby team is there if you'd like a hand. Three kiosks stand between you and the pods.

  2. Guests lined up outside the entrance in the evening, with the dining room and a self-order kiosk visible through the open door.
    Step 2 of 8: Order

    You order in about forty seconds.

    Choose your broth depth, noodle, add-ons and beef: smoked brisket or beef rib, American Wagyu or USDA Prime. Pay, and the kiosk gives you a pod number and texts you a live link to your order.

    Step 3 of 8: Walk

    A pod number, and you go find it.

    You walk the aisle past a row of closed panels and the low murmur of a full room. Your pod number is your seat, so you go straight to it.

    Step 4 of 8: Settle

    You sit, and the room disappears.

    A hook for your bag, a shelf for your phone, water within reach. The panel in front of you is closed. One tap on your phone tells the kitchen you are in.

  5. Step 5 of 8: Follow

    Your phone runs the show.

    The link from the kiosk opens a live page for your order, and it is written for you. While you wait, the Live Kitchen Feed narrates your bowl by name as it moves through the kitchen. Need anything? Tap it, and it comes through the same panel. Or tap once and a team member comes to you.

  6. The kitchen hatch in a private pod slides open and a staff member passes a glass of water through to the guest.
    Step 6 of 8: Receive

    Seven minutes, and it comes through the wall.

    Your phone saw it coming. The panel slides open and your bowl comes through: the broth, the noodles, the smoked brisket or beef rib you chose. Then the panel slides shut.

    Step 7 of 8: Taste

    First spoon.

    A two-phase broth: a long bone simmer, then a finish built for flavor. Smoked American beef, American Wagyu or USDA Prime. Want more? Extra noodles, a refill or a side come through the same panel.

  8. The store on the way out: shelves of sauces, gift boxes, bowls, shirts and caps, and a sign that says thank you.
    Step 8 of 8: Leave

    You finish, and you leave.

    One tap on your phone says you are done. No check to wait for, no tip line. Out past the store, and the pod resets behind you.

How do I order?

At one of the kiosks in the lobby, in about forty seconds, or ahead on your phone. Either way, you get a pod number and a live link to your order.

Can we sit together?

Everyone in your party gets a pod, and every pod gets its own bowl. Duo pods are made for two: the partition between a pair comes out, and two pods become one.

Will someone help me?

Anytime. Our lobby team can help you order and find your pod, and one tap on your phone brings a team member to you. Your bowl comes from the kitchen through your pod's hatch.

What if I want more, or need help?

Tap it on your phone. Extra noodles, a refill, a side or dessert come through the same hatch, and one tap reaches the floor team.

What does my phone do?

The link from your order opens a live page for it. The Live Kitchen Feed narrates your bowl as it moves through the kitchen, and one tap tells the kitchen you are in, and later that you are done. See it running.

Do I tip?

No. Fair wages are built into every bowl, so there's no tip line and no check to wait for. When you are done, one tap on your phone says so, and you leave when you are ready.

What is in the bowl?

A two-phase broth, noodles and smoked American beef: brisket slices or beef rib chunks, in American Wagyu or USDA Prime. You choose the broth depth, the noodle and the add-ons.

Do members earn anything?

Yes. Members earn 1% to 3% of every order back as credit toward their next orders, by tier, and a free bowl each time they move up a tier.
