How do I move up a tier?

Order bowls and bring friends. Chopstick to Noodle Master takes 10 bowls and 2 friends. Noodle Master to Beef Boss takes 25 more bowls and 5 more friends.

Does extra progress carry over?

No. When you move up, both counts start again from zero.

What counts as a friend?

A friend who signs up with your link and finishes a first bowl. Up to 10 count in any 30 days.

When do credits expire?

90 days after you earn them. We remind you 7 days before, and checkout always spends the one closest to expiring first.

How does the free bowl work?

Each time you move up a tier, a free bowl lands in your account. Use it within 30 days.

What is the quarterly add-on?

As a Beef Boss, one premium add-on is on us each quarter. Quarters follow Mountain Time.

What is early access?

New bowls open to members before everyone else: Beef Boss 8 days early, Noodle Master 4 days, Chopstick 1 day.

What does queue priority mean?

At busy times, higher tiers move up the kitchen queue. Noodle Master moves up; Beef Boss moves up the most.
